Lori Vanderlaan was chosen by her peers as an Illinois Leading Lawyer from 2015-2021.  Leading Lawyers, a division of Law Bulletin Publishing Company, employs a four-phase selection process which begins with surveys mailed to lawyers across Illinois.  Leading Lawyers asks lawyers to identify who among their peers they believe comprise the top lawyers within their respective region and/or area(s) of law, and only those lawyers who are most often recommended and later approved by the Leading Lawyer Advisory Board, are selected as Leading Lawyers.  Leading Lawyers comprise less than five percent of all lawyers licensed to practice law in Illinois.
